When something on this site is wrong, unclear or changed, it is recorded here: what it said, what it says now, why, who raised it, and when.
How the log works
Corrections fix factual errors. Clarifications fix wording that could mislead. Updates record new facts, removals and changes to how a page works or looks.
Every entry gives two times in UTC: when the page changed, and when the change was logged. Where the exact time is not known, it gives the narrowest window the record supports, or the date alone, and says so. It never shows a time more precisely than the evidence for it.
The log is append-only. Once published, entries are never edited or deleted. If an entry is itself wrong, a new entry says so.
Each entry credits whoever raised it: The Uneven Field, or the reader who reported it.
Each page shows its own changes at the bottom, drawn from this same log.
Report a mistake
Email [email protected] with the page, the words you think are wrong, and any source. Every report is reviewed. If a page changes, it is logged here. If it does not, you will get a reply explaining why.
Tell us how you would like to be credited: by name, by a handle such as an X account, or as "A reader". Nobody is named without their permission, and email addresses are never published.
